This is just insane. If I made a list of the best inventions of the 20th Century, this would be on it. Being able to put your real shoes on your back has been available only to the very wealthy for a long time. But come 2020, it looks like it’s pretty likely that VR will be made available to anyone with a smartphone.
Due to the sheer abundance of products that will be brought to market in the next few years, it’s going to be extremely challenging to find a product that stands out. We need a gadget that really gives our lives a boost.
The cool thing about this is that it’s totally doable. You don’t need to worry about your heel causing you pain. Your trainers will not overheat when you bend over, because they run RFID. They will not deflate when you walk over uneven surfaces. If you peel off your shoes when you’re taking a short walk, you can take them back on for 10 minutes.
It’s only a few fingers down on this list, but I doubt that we’ll need them in 2021. As smartphones have become less expensive over the past few years, the price of these looks is set to drop substantially. I’m betting that by 2021, just about everyone will be able to purchase a pair and wear them as they would their real shoes.
Loot it Great Telescope
WhatsApp and WhatsApp-related messengers don’t blow my mind. Similarly, Oculus Quest and Shiny provided no real value for money. But they were good enough as an accessory in my family’s household for us to look forward to and buy them over the holidays.
And now, I get to be able to buy a telescope that I wouldn’t hesitate to use in the dark so that my family gets to experience the wonderment of astronomy. I can’t say whether or not this will raise their spirits like it did mine.
This telescope, priced at $699.99 ($1,749.99 USD), is considered the best model on the market for astrophysicists, and I’m not sure that anyone can deny that. With all of the innovations being made in the field, I can only imagine that future models will be even better. So this isn’t just an interesting Christmas gift idea, this also seems to be a pretty vital gift idea to be inclusive of.
